DEGW is looking for a number of highly motivated strategic consultants to join our businesses around the world. DEGW specialises in unlocking business performance through understanding the role that environment plays and the impact of place on the behaviour of people. We work with clients to identify and capitalise on the opportunities that the effective use of place and people can generate. This role requires a unique mix of real-world experience, strategic insight, design thinking and entrepreneurial energy.
We are looking for people who want to participate in the delivery of a world class strategic service to our clients. We want people who have a business consulting mindset and who like to think beyond typical solutions. A Masters in Business with an undergraduate degree in social sciences, change management or design is ideal. The equivalent in work/ life experience will also be considered.

WE EXPECT ALL CONSULTANTS TO HAVE:
- A track record of identifying and/or winning new/ incremental business
- Be able to work as part of the team in all aspects of project delivery, appropriate to skill level/ experience
- Client relationship management experience
- Experience in meeting fee targets
- A working understanding of the financial management of consultancy projects
- Data analysis and presentation of data skills
- An understanding of data research material
- Evidence of report writing skills
- Ability to take and implement strategic objectives on projects
- Excellent presentation skills
- Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Minimum 2-5 years post graduate experience preferred (more for the most senior roles)
- Get really excited about what we do and “gets things done”
- Are well organised and methodical with good attention to detail
- Are interested in learning from others and contributing to the learning of others
- Are able to travel regularly
- The ability to speak a second language (or more), appropriate to the local market.
- Marketing/ sales knowledge and achievement (also appropriate to the local market)
- Background in people, psychology, statistics, sales & marketing, design, research
