DEGW Germany was incorporated 1 May 2006, based on an increasing number of new and innovative building projects across Germany. Strategically located in central Europe, Munich provides easy access to Swiss- and Austrian-based clients, and to the significant markets of Eastern Europe.

The Munich team has expanded rapidly and currently employs 35 architects, designers, business consultants, psychologists, and sociologists from around the world. Their wide range of expertise and experience as well their cultural diversity makes the Munich office extremely well set up to meet a broad spectrum of client needs and demands. The team has a special focus on change and innovation management and so is well equipped to guide companies of all sizes through complex change processes related to workplace strategy.
